How does it work?
1. You submit an SOS request
Describe your issue using a short contact form on our website.
Whether it’s a blocked account, missing data, inactive ads, or just something that “feels off” – the more clearly you describe the situation, the sooner we can get to work.
2. We investigate the problem
To start working, we’ll need access to the relevant accounts (e.g. ad platforms or analytics tools). Once we receive access, we’ll perform a deep analysis to identify the root cause of the problem.
3. We provide a solution
Once the issue is identified, we’ll either fix it immediately or provide you with clear, step-by-step instructions on what needs to be done on your side. If needed, we’ll also contact Meta or Google support on your behalf.
4. You only pay for results
400 € – when the problem is solved and everything is working again.
150 € – if the issue cannot be resolved (e.g. permanently blocked account), but we’ve carried out a full analysis and invested time into the case.
